Satisfied or refunded !

An item you ordered does not suit you? The size or color does not match your expectations? You are simply not completely satisfied with your order?

Order without fear with Lamarockinerie! We offer you the option to return your item if you are not satisfied and receive a full refund.

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions

- Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible after the deadline.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging with the delivery note and in perfect condition for resale (not worn or soiled).

Return procedure

- Contact our customer service on 07 01 25 93 33 to indicate your wish to return.

- Once your request has been validated, keep the item you wish to return in its original packaging with the delivery note (mandatory)

- The delivery person will call you afterwards to collect your return package.

NB: Unless there is a problem with our product (sending error, defective, etc.), the costs of recovering the package and its delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

To reimburse

After receipt of your return, it will be processed by Lamarockinerie and will be subject to quality control, to then proceed with your refund, within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of receipt of your package.

PS: Any returned product worn or soiled unfortunately cannot be taken back and will be returned to you.

Exchange or return

Lamarockinerie offers you the possibility of making an exchange instead of a refund. The latter is done by different size, different color or by another model.
